JEN Singapore Orchargateway by Shangri-La engaged Swimwerks Asia Pte Ltd for outsourced lifeguard services from 1st July 2023. Swimwerks team has been easy and very responsive to work with. The transition from the previous vendor to them smooth. They can provide swift coverage if their Lifeguards are unable to come to work. Within 1 to 2hrs their Ops team can find coverage. They very open to our feedback and always do their best to accommodate us. We at JEN Singapore Orchard Gateway are satisfied by their service and we believe they are able to provide this similar good service to other organisations.

Singapore Polytechnic

Singapore Polytechnic (SP) engaged Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. for part time life guard services from Sep21 to Jan22. Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. was responsible, and abided to the contractual terms closely. Even though in the beginning of the contract there was one incident with their lifeguards on duty, they were able to response quickly to mitigate the problems. In addition, a prompt solution was put in place to resolve the problem, and prevent similar issue from happening again. They were also patient in listening to our feedback, and accommodating in finding a win-win solution. After which, lifeguard operation at SP went smoothly. Thus SP is satisfy with the service provided by Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd, and had awarded them with another year of lifeguard service. I believe they will also a good service to whoever they work with.

This has been our third year working alongside with you guys in Swimwerks and with zero service failure. When incidents called for first aid / resuscitation, your lifeguard has been calm and professional in handling the tensed situations. In addition, incident management reports were properly documented. During the tenures of the contract, Swimwerks' lifeguards have always prioritized safety first which included pools and safety management. Also, your company took the initiative and recommended the estate to install AED with first aid kit nearby the poolside. Moreover, during the Covid-19 phase 1 circuit breaker and that incident of otters' invasion whereby the pools were closed, Swimwerks did not charge the full contract sum, but pro-rated the fees on a goodwill basis.
