Lifeguard (Full-time / Part-Time)
Have you always wanted to be a lifeguard?
Now’s your chance! This job type isn’t the easiest, but it sure is one of the most rewarding jobs there is!
Successful candidates can earn attractive part-time rates starting from $12 – $15 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the well-being and safety of customers by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services
- Recognise and respond effectively in emergency situations to ensure that injuries or casualties are minimised, and first aid is promptly and appropriately rendered before the arrival of emergency medical services
- Participate in in-service training to provide a fun & friendly customer service experience and enforce the facility’s policies, safety rules and regulations
- Interact with guests and advise information related to ride or facility
- Evacuate swimmers safely to seek shelter immediately during lightning alerts and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to swim 200m in any 2 recognized strokes
- No certifications are required; training course is available for shortlisted candidates
- An advantage if the candidate possess minimum Lifesaving 3 or Bronze Medallion Award

Swim Coach / Swimming Instructor

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct ‘learn to swim’ lessons for pre-school level and above
Ensure that safety guidelines and protocols are followed
Plan lessons and keep track of class attendance and progression reports

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to demonstrate the Front Crawl, Breast Stroke, and Back Stroke
- No certification is required; training course is available for shortlisted candidates. However, those with International Swim Teacher Certifications and NROC Certification are preferred.
- Have a passion for swimming and teaching, and love interacting with children
- Possess a positive disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and possesses an eye for details

Business Development Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the entire sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure and after-sales
- Improve sales performance and productivity to generate revenue for the organization
- Monitor sales opportunities and close the deals effectively
- Resolve customers’ concerns and provide feedback & solution
- Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Research and recommend new market opportunities
- Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvements
REQUIREMENTS
A diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage manpower scheduling & rostering duties
Manage day-to-day operational issues and ensure they are resolved in a proper and timely manner
Handle inquiries via telephone and email channels, upholding exceptional business integrity and delivering a superior customer experience
Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
Develop operation performance and productivity in achieving standards, objectives and cost savings for the organization
Ensure timely delivery of services and update customers
Resolve customers’ issues and provide feedback and analysis
Visit client sites as required
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in swimming
Strong eye for detail and meticulous with numbers & data
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Good timekeeper, well-organized and excellent at problem solving
Able to work independently, resourceful and a good team player
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer literacy with MS Office software
Candidate must successfully complete the Lifeguard or Swimming Instructor Certification provided by Swimwerks
