Aim
To further preliminary skills and deepen water safety knowledge. This lifesaving course also expands on resuscitation, land-based and non-contact rescue methods.

The candidate must possess the Lifesaving 1 award.
Lifesaving 3 Award
Aim
To develop swimming skills and knowledge of water safety, resuscitation, and water rescue; serves as a lifesaving preparatory course for the Bronze Medallion Award.
