Do I need prior coaching experience?
No. You need to be a proficient swimmer (2 strokes minimum) and committed to finishing. The course starts from zero and builds you to a ready-to-teach standard through supervised attachment classes.
Is the student guarantee actually real?
Yes. Pass your evaluation, and we place paying students with you within 60 days, or we refund your course fee. The full terms are in your enrolment agreement, so you know exactly where you stand before you start.
Is this a scam? It sounds too good.
Fair question. It’s the right thing to ask about anything involving money. The certification is a real, internationally recognised SSI qualification. The students are real people who pay you directly, we never touch your fees. What Are The Age Requirements For Enrolling In A Swimming Instructor Course In Singapore?
You must be at least 16 years old before enrolling in a swimming instructor course.
Where do I teach?
At condominiums across Singapore, matched to your location and availability, so you’re not travelling across the island for every lesson.
What if I fail the final evaluation?
You get clear, specific feedback and can re-attempt. We don’t place you until you’re genuinely ready, that protects your confidence, your students, and your reputation.
Is intake unlimited?
No. And this matters. We cap each intake to protect the guarantee. If we onboard more coaches than we can place, the guarantee breaks. Once spots are full, the next cohort opens at the next intake date.
How long until I start earning?
Most coaches complete the programme and receive their first placement within 60 days of starting. As soon as you pass and accept a match, you can begin teaching and collecting fees.
How much can I realistically earn?
Coaches typically earn $80–$150 an hour, depending on class size, $80 for a 1-on-1, up to $150 for a class of four. Part-time on weekends, most are in the $1,500–$3,000/month range. Around 10–12 hours a week puts coaches at $5,000–$8,000/month, and the strongest, full-schedule coaches reach $8,000–$10,000.
